The BATmen have been out and about at the races. Last weekend we were at the Nissan Trailseker Down & Dirty in Gauteng and the week before the MTN Gravel Travel in Diemersfontein in the Cape. Thanks to all those of you who came to say hi and to checkout our BATSEAL products.

TUBELESS CONVERSION FOR 26” and 29″ WHEELS

The BAT Tubeless conversion kits are now available and are proving to be a big hit. This Tubeless conversion kit is supplied with a free BAT water bottle.

There are two separate kits one for 26″ tubeless conversions and one for 29″ tubeless conversions. The are quick and easy to fit.

The package contains the following;
 2 x Tubeless Valves
 2 x Tubeless Rim Strips
 1 X Bottle BATSEAL
Instructions:
1. Insert rim tape into rim. Ensure that it is straight. It should be a tight fit. No tape is needed on the rim. The BAT rim strip can be placed directly onto the rim.
2. Trim the rubber foot of the valve to fit your rim.
3. Follow instructions found on the BATSEAL Bottle.

I am a BAT man campaign launches

To support the launch of our new 500ml BATSEAL Tyre Sealant we have launched the I am a BAT man campaign with a new online video and facebook page.

The I am a BAT man campaign is not only for men. There will of course be several variations on this theme as clearly ladies are not men and so they will be using something like “I am a BAT woman” or “I am a BAT girl”.

The I am a BAT man video was shot on location in South Africa and features some really famous people. The story line is straight out of the bottom draw and features AL the inventor of BAT running into longtime mountain biking legend Stan who is stranded on the trail side with no tubes and a flat wheel.

The part of AL was played by Blertsie also known as Captain Calfless, the one time wanna be pro and member of the unknown FBCC. Although his membership of the FBCC is still to be confirmed. Stan was played by well Stan of course. Multiple cameras were used for the special effects and natural lighting was used to achieve the life like feel that the production brings across. The movie was produced by a world famous WOLLYHOOD producer bUnDi, who flew in specially for the shoot.

The initial I am a BAT man movie will be followed up with several sequels including the making of as well as several more famous people repeating the soon to be famous chant of, I am a BAT man, ……… I am a BAT man.
